ECG Inspection Services is a residential home inspection company, certified under the Commonwealth of Virginia certification program (certificate 3380 000263), dedicated to performing a home inspection that will provide you, the client, with a thorough report on the visual inspection of your prospective new home. We inspect using the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standards and Practices, an industry-recognized benchmark for excellence in home inspections. ECG inspectors are all required to be members of ASHI and receive extensive training to ensure adherence to the most stringent standards found in the industry.
ECG Construction Services is a residential general contracting company. We perform many forms of exterior and interior repair (small and large), room additions, remodels and basement finishing and can provide design services for these projects as well. In addition to performing mechanical and structural inspections, ECG Inspection Services is certified by NEHA (National Environmental Heath Association under the National Radon Proficiency Program) to perform radon Testing and Mitigation (installing systems to lower radon levels in the home). Radon gas is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can be found in unhealthy concentrations in homes. If discovered it can easily be removed, but the only way to know if the levels are to high is to have the home tested by a certified technician.
