In addition to performing mechanical and structural inspections, ECG Inspection Services is certified by NEHA (National Environmental Heath Association under the National Radon Proficiency Program) to perform radon Testing and Mitigation (installing systems to lower radon levels in the home). Radon gas is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can be found in unhealthy concentrations in homes. If discovered it can easily be removed, but the only way to know if the levels are to high is to have the home tested by a certified technician.
