Our reports are generated on-site and we review them with you during and after the inspection to ensure a complete understanding of all the systems and physical structural aspects we cover during the inspection. It is important to point out that YOU are our client, not the real estate agent and not the seller. We are working for you and we pride ourselves by saying, “We inspect the home as if our child was the one buying it!”
